Not technically a Netflix Original but still one of the best shows out there right now! The show features a wealthy family who lost everything and are forced to stay in a small town called Schitt’s Creek which was purchased by the father as a gag gift for his son’s birthday years prior. In true comedy fashion, the town is filled with odd characters and a hilarious family dynamic that will keep you laughing for hours!
This show is the perfect mix of murder mystery and drama, Penn Badgley plays Joe Goldberg a small bookstore manager with a very dark side. He falls into a deep love with Beck, a grad student and does everything in his power to make sure she loves him back. You will not want to miss this psychological thriller!
